Dr. Sean Ponce is a highly experienced physician specializing in preventative medicine, mental health, and family medicine, with advanced fellowship training in psychiatry and addiction medicine. He has dedicated his career to treating individuals and families affected by substance use disorders, trauma, and co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions.

Dr. Ponce completed his medical education at Oregon Health Sciences University School of Medicine and completed residency training in Family Medicine at St. Mark’s Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. He went on to pursue additional fellowship training in psychiatry and addiction medicine at the University of Utah Neuropsychiatric Institute. Sean A. Ponce, MD, is a board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Preventative Medicine with over two decades of experience treating complex medical, psychiatric, and substance use disorders. Dr. Ponce provides evidence-based, compassionate care focused on long-term recovery, mental wellness, and overall health.
